🛶What a day on the river! 42 kids and staff spent today soaking up the Montana sun, paddling, laughing, and having a blast.

Experiences like this are so much more than fun in the sun. They’re often the first time many of them get to try something new and discover what they’re capable of. These moments also help build trust and strengthen connections between kids and staff.

One staff member put it perfectly: “Giving the kids Montana experiences and supporting them to do hard things was inspiring to see today. To see the kids just being kids and explore nature is why we do this work.”

A huge thank you to the staff who put in countless hours planning, organizing, and making today possible. 🙏

Today we celebrate the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, foster dads, mentors, coaches, and father figures who show up with patience, encouragement, guidance, and love. The impact of a caring adult can last a lifetime. Happy Father’s Day 💙
