More than a networking event—it’s a growth movement! 🌱

We are so excited to head to the East Side on Tuesday, June 9th for a special field trip to ! 🥕 Since 2015, Gardopia has been transforming San Antonio by tackling obesity and malnutrition through sustainable agriculture and education.

This is a unique chance to embrace our community, learn about the incredible work they do for our city, and see firsthand how they are literally transforming the land.

But don't just come to watch—come to work! We’ll be getting our hands in the dirt, learning best practices for sustainability, and giving back to the city we love.

We are thrilled to announce that The Curated Plate has designed a delectable menu specifically for this event.

🏇 Off to the Races with NACE!
Another sold out NACE event is officially in the books, and it was a total thoroughbred of an evening!
A massive thank you to Retama Park for hosting us. Our private suite on the 4th floor gave us a bird’s-eye view of the track—talk about starting the night on the right hoof! It’s always a photo finish when event pros get together, and tonight we really hit our stride.
Here’s the play-by-play:
• The Atmosphere: With Mint Juleps in hand, we spent the night jockeying for position to catch up with old friends and welcome new faces to the paddock.
• The Spread: Retama’s buffet was definitely worth the win, place, and show—absolutely delicious!
• The Vibes: Future Sounds brought the thunder! Chris featured a brand-new speaker and TV setup that kept our spirits galloping. Huge thanks for the top-tier AV!
• The Memories: A big shoutout to Little Lemon Shots! She’s a double threat—capturing the magic in the photo booth and creating incredible content. We’re so glad she joined the stable tonight!
• The Main Event: The real Triple Crown winner of the night was Oscar De Los Santos of Flair Floral. He didn’t just give a presentation; he put on a show! Inspirational, informative, and entertaining—Oscar, you truly wowed the crowd.

Thank you to everyone who showed up in their Derby best! Your hats were spectacular and your energy was infectious. A special neigh-out to Robin, whose stunning headwear took her straight to the Winner’s Circle!

We are thrilled to introduce one of our newest NACE Alamo members, Mandie Sullivan!

As the Event Sales Manager at Thompson San Antonio, Mandie knows that in our industry, collaboration is the secret sauce to success. She joined NACE to connect with the "best of the best" in the San Antonio event scene, and we couldn't be happier to have her expertise in the mix.

Mandie is most looking forward to regular connections with her industry colleagues—and, of course, having some fun along the way! 🥂
