The Supernova Rise 3 covers easy and endurance efforts, a Dreamstrike+ PEBA based midsole delivering a soft, comfortable, and stable daily ride. The Evo SL bridges easy miles through to threshold work, a lightweight and responsive Lightstrike Pro platform that works across a surprisingly wide range of training paces.

Moving up, the Boston 13 is your tempo to intervals shoe, a plated trainer built for the sessions where effort is the point. The Takumi Sen 11 narrows its focus to threshold through 5k and 10k racing, an ultra lightweight 184g platform with an extremely responsive midsole built for short and sharp efforts. The Adios Pro 4 opens things back up from tempo all the way to marathon racing, five carbon EnergyRods through a softer and bouncier Lightstrike Pro midsole at 39mm. And at the very top, the Adios Pro Evo 3, the shoe that broke the marathon barrier twice, covering everything from 5k to the marathon at the highest level of performance.

Running as music. just dropped something we have never seen on the running scene before

In partnership with Toulouse DJ Max Tenrom, i-Run captured the raw energy of the Barcelona Half Marathon and turned it into an electro track. Runners’ breaths, strides, and BPM recorded on the course. The asphalt as percussion. The city as sonic texture. All brought together into a full track and video by Max Tenrom and filmed by MAAD Films.

Sport and electronic music, merged into one. And this summer the project heads to Chamonix, where the same concept will be taken into a trail and mountain setting.
