Frank Schembre

Frank Schembre is a former Federal Air Marshal and former Trainer and Instructor for the National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program at Lackland AFB. Frank's notable career includes roles as a Training Instructor and Evaluator at the US Department of Homeland Security’s Canine Training Center, a US Federal Air Marshal, a TSA Cargo Regulatory Inspector/K9 handler, the current Director of Spectrum Canine Solutions, and founder of Olfactix K9 Technologies.

Frank has consulted, collaborated, and conducted research projects with departments, agencies, and military branches across globe. Recognized as an authority in operational excellence, Frank has developed innovative techniques to enhance canine performance and improve security protocols for air cargo, airports, borders, and maritime ports.

His training programs have earned him widespread recognition and reinforced his reputation as a leading expert in real world canine detection, interdiction, and security solutions.
