Sean Alain Bayla
20 yr Navy Veteren. I struggled with PTSD since 2007, i came back from IRAQ in 2008. One of my Psychologist suggested i express myself through music.
Good morning, hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and New Year.
I am currently working on my album. There will be more songs this time than just 2. I have more inspiration to draw off of as well and that helps a lot. I'll keep you updated as things progress. No samples until they are copyrighted and published.
I am still working on listing my songs on curated playlists and paid advertising. Its a slow process and i'm doing all of this put of pocket with just my retirement pension. What little i can spend on the side, which at the moment is not a whole lot as i am also doing various investments in different assets to help provide a steady passive 2nd income. Albeit it's not going to be lot, but its going to be consistent enough to be helpful in the near and far future.
Every investment is a gamble, especially when i'm currently so new to this music business. So every avenue available is worth checking out at least once, and not spending everything all at once is my way of "Quality Assurance" in making sure i do things right and not get scammed.
Stay tuned...
I had one of my songs reviewed by a musician on Radio Airplay....
Song: PTSD: Struggles of my past
Overall Impression
Songwriter and Veteran Sean Bayla wrestles with the hidden horrors of war, on his release of “PTSD: Struggles of My Past”. This mid-tempo track features a sleek modern rock sound that blends airy synths with muscular beats and overdriven guitars. Soaring tenor vocals deliver raw and emotional lyrics that chronicle the plight of a soldier upon returning home, drawing from his own journey in hopes of helping others who may be going through similar turmoil. Rooted in personal experience, the song is a compelling, cathartic plea designed to connect with and support fellow veterans. For those who seek anthemic, emotionally charged contemporary rock that stands up for a cause, Sean Bayla's "PTSD: Struggles of My Past" is a single that must be heard, available across all major streaming platforms.
Strongest Point(s)
Solid production, decent mix. Great modern pop/rock sound that incorporates electronic elements and puts the focus squarely on the vocal. Nice pop chord progression that allows for compelling melodic content. Great bridge at around 3:20. Terrific dynamic variations throughout. Vocal suits the song well, sounds fantastic in the upper register. Lyrics are incredibly candid and vulnerable, which audiences should immediately recognize and be able to make an empathic connection. These lyrics will obviously resonate with veterans in particular, but really anyone struggling with PTSD no matter what the source. This is a strong track all around, with a radio-friendly sound and a crucial message of healing and hope. Very nice work!

Depression: My minds made up (Music Video) AI
I had to use the subscription, as i was canceling it. So i used up all the credits to make this video. Obvious AI video defaults throughout, and i didn't edit it.
But i wanted to share and show you what I am working on going forward with my music.
So, this is just a practice video. Not a final product. But to give me an idea of the capabilities of what it can do. I am going with another AI program, more powerful and better capable, with less mistakes than this and better editing. But this was fun to watch and create.
Enjoy. Hope you like it. Stay tuned
This is the 5th test for a Music Video concept for "PTSD: Struggles of my past". This is not a final product. So far this was my favorite one. I like how this feels more fluid and more of a Music Video. But its still way off for AI quality, and not exactly what i am going for. So i moving on after finally completed this project. Cost me about $70 to complete rendering. I'm see where i can go on a bigger budget.
As always thanks for your support. Stay tuned.

Happy to report Apple Music has my Lyrics available and also Musixmatch app has now finished distributed the same.
Although Musixmatch only has "PTSD: Struggles of my past", i am still working on "Depression: My mind’s made up". I'm am paysed at the moment because i just finally gained access to my Music Artist Access for Spotify and want to include Musixmatch.
Next update should be on Wednesday. Trying to promote my songs over the radio.
Thanks for the continued supoort. Stay tuned....
I used my Music Artist access to input my lyrics for both songs on Apple Music. Should take about 48 hours if it gets approved. I got tired of waiting for Musixmatch to get my lyrics ln Apple Music. So my input might be a bit off.
Musixmatch was done with programs that helped me coordinate timing the lyric lines with the song and properly write down everything by Opening Verse, Chorus, Bridge, Closing and such. I don't have access to my saved files while it's being distributed, not until its completed. Then i'll be able to access it on Musixmatch and even create some short lyric music video clips.
Thanks for the continued support. Stay tuned...

Apple Music finally gave me Artist access to manage my account, song, promote and lyrics.
With that said, Musixmatch lyrics should be automatically updated through Apple Music and other apps and platforms for me. No timeline on how long that would take....Stay tuned for more updates
Just completed uploading my Lyrics on Musixmatch. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Still no word from Spotify on fixing their end of the problem. Oh well.
Apple Music/itunes will have the Lyrics "PTSD: Struggles of my past" available soon and other distributed sites where my songs was sent to.
Thanks everyone for your continued support. This is a long process. Stay tunned
