Hi Everyone! We are getting more and more corn dog orders! They outpaced wings by 6:1 this past weekend.

We’ve been limited to cooking 5 corn dogs at a time on one fryer but this upcoming weekend we’re going to free up both fryers so more of y’all can try them.

It was a tough call to not serve wings this coming weekend, especially because our regulars mostly come back for them. Wings are definitely coming back!

In the meantime, we’re actively hiring, training staffs and upgrading our equipment so we can extend hours and offer more on our menu (like tenders 🤤) instead of downsizing our menu! 🫰

Our team gets a bucket of wings after each shift and our new cook, Jonathan, has been taking a bucket of snow cheese every day. 🤗

It’s very popular in Korea, but quite different from anything offered around here!

Our snow cheese is mostly a natural, non gmo & additive free white cheddar powder giving it a sharp tang, balanced with sweetness and some savory herbs.

Hi new and returning friends! We were so happy and surprised this past weekend when many of y’all found us through TIkTok. We got twice our usual order of Korean corn dogs and we got slammed.

So we are currently working with two small fryers: one for wings and one for corn dogs.

And our wings take 30 minutes to prepare because we double-fry them for that crispy crunch, no way around that.

Our corn dogs use a homemade yeast-based batter which takes a bit longer to roll. We could speed things up with a pre-made or baking powder-based batter but I really want ya’ll to enjoy a fluffier and chewier corn dog.

To keep things running smoothly this weekend, we’ll be accepting 3 orders every 15 minutes and limiting each order to 3 corn dogs. You’re welcome to place multiple orders per time slot.

We’ll give everything we’ve got to serve up to 48 orders on time at the highest quality.
