For me, the most profound privilege of this work is being a trusted safe space for men who have rarely had the opportunity to be vulnerable.

When men talk to me about health, s*x, failure or fear... I listen with the presence and love I cultivated as a father.

As an Executive Coach, that vulnerability they bring to our conversations, often does more for their leadership than anything else on their calendar.
