First of all, SENSITIVITY IS A SUPERPOWER!
People in chronic and severe pain know themselves well and have a high level of awareness.
Secondly, the BODY IS BRILLIANT, not broken.
Your body has a backup plan for when the ideal system isn’t currently working. Your body is never against you, it is always adapting the best it can to the situation at hand.
And most importantly, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO! You just gotta find the right professional who truly understands your needs, who can listen, and who lets YOUR body lead the way.
As a person who has experienced tremendous injuries and who has worked with thousands of clients in pain, I want you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and THERE IS
HOPE!
Keep advocating for yourself…befriend yourself…and
stay the course on your healing journey.
