As the Café Associate you will:
- Be responsible for overall sales, customer service and daily operations of the café.
- Support the overall components of Peninsula Coffee.
- Generate sales through making and preparing foods, upselling, suggestive selling and fostering relationships with guests.
- Participate in community and chamber events at the café.
- Support the cafe events, committees, and projects.
- Support café advancement initiatives and campaigns.

NOW HIRING! New coffee shop and event space in Hobe Sound is looking for a full time Cafe Manager! This is no ordinary coffee shop! This is a social enterprise (sister entity) to South Florida’s largest children and family’s organization of its kind, Place of Hope. Net revenues directly support the foster children, homeless youth and human trafficking survivors in Place of Hope’s daily care!
