RUTTO BATS

One of our resident geese families got into a situation this evening. We noticed a couple parent geese in distress pacing back and forth around a small drain and we suspected something wasn’t right. Upon a Rutto Kids investigation, we determined that a baby goose had fallen in. We tried to take matters into our own hands but the geese were fiercely standing guard in attack mode, leaving us all in distress 😂. Thanks to Urban Wildlife for directing us to Holyoke Fire Department who showed up right away and saved the day!! Funny part was, the geese respected the uniform, moved back and let them handle the job without resistance. A beautiful reunion indeed, and a happy ride home from the shop! Thanks HFD for everything you do for our community!!! 🔥🔥🔥
