This was a special one.
I’ve been a fan since 2000 and could’ve easily been a Packers fan. In 1997, the Broncos and Packers played in Super Bowl # # with the Broncos coming out on top 31-24. The next year, NFL Quarterback Club 99 came out and the default matchup when you start play was the Super Bowl matchup of Denver vs Green Bay. My parents got my brother and I a Nintendo 64 in 2000 and other than the Pokémon Games, my Dad got a Football game to spark our interest in the game. For some reason, I swiped over to the Broncos team and played with them which started my fandom. Although, wardrobe life would’ve been a lot easier as a Packer with the Greens and Yellows matching the colors 🤣
22 years later, two Super Bowl appearances and one Super Bowl ring in my fandom, I have finally made it to the home stadium of my favorite team 😮💨
It’s been a frustrating year so far, but we press on. Broncos Country, Let’s Ride 🐴
