Today, I had a lovely coaching session with my peer coach 💗
So good to have a coach for everyone 💗
My coach was 82 years old! She thrives as a coach to help women find confidence and live their fullest!
Both of us shared our path and our vision as a coach.
I want to be thriving as a coach when I’m 82 just like my peer coach 💗
I’ve been in an amazing coaching program now to have more clarity in my life and coaching career.
Practicing mindfulness helps to bring your self to be detach from the past and future but “NOW”💗
