We’re excited to announce that Brave will be attending the Idaho Horse Expo and will be featured in the stallion showcase!!! This is the 40th Annual Idaho Horse Expo held at the Ford Idaho Horse Park in Nampa, ID, located just 20 minutes from Boise April 3rd-5th.
Brave is a 2020 Appaloosa stallion, sired by the legendary Nite Moves and out of Dressed In Black, he brings a proven pedigree, eye-catching presence, and an exceptional mind. He is currently in training for Western Pleasure and will be showing under saddle in the 2026 season.
A multiple Appaloosa World Show qualifier and multiple Top Ten finalist, Brave has earned his Register of Merit in Halter and continues to build an impressive record both in breed and open competition. He is known for his quiet, dependable temperament!

Someone discovered the freeze dried skittles I keep in the truck door. Do we now have a skittles addict on our hands? Yes we do. Did I get a few out so he didnt slobber over the entire bag.... also yes, who can say no to that sweet face?

I am still awe struck about our last open show on Saturday February the 20th! Thank you Sage Ridge Equine for putting on such a fun show!
Our intentions were to go and support another rider and enjoy some laid back showing. I wasn't going to push Brave as we had visited our friends at Mountain Point Equine the day prior for a collection. Spring is in the air and breeding season is getting underway!
Half way through the judged classes I had a suspicion that Brave could make it to the Reserve high point for the judged section of the show- this would mean we needed to try a trail course under saddle for the first time ever! He did amazing!
I was not planning on staying for any speed events either... until I learned we had to trot the speed patterns. Count us in!!

Over All Highpoint Reserve Champion ( All events)
Speed Champion (Barrels, Poles, Scramble)
Reserve Champion Judged events (Showmanship, Horsemanship, Western Rail, Trail)

I think we can stack on another saddle!
He's the best pack horse- he doesn't drop anything. Bonus perk is he parks himself at the trailer tack for easy loading and unloading.
