Texas Now Honors All U.S. Concealed Carry Permits: What You Need To Know | Concealed Nation Texas now recognizes all valid concealed carry permits issued by any U.S. state, thanks to Senate Bill 706 going into effect on September 1, 2025. This law simplifies travel for lawful gun owners and ends confusion over which state licenses are honored.
