Work starts on Kingwood apartment, townhome project

KINGWOOD – High Street Residential and Daiwa House Group have broken ground on the Residences at Kingwood.
The project at 6519 Kings River Commercial Dr. will have 240 garden-style apartments and 49 townhomes. It will have one- to three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a putting green, bocce courts, pickleball court, multiple outdoor dining areas, and connection to the Kingwood Greenbelt trail system.
Completion is slated for late 2023.
W Partnership is the architect and Robinson & Company will lead the landscape architectural design. Cadence McShane is the general contractor.
