Called this being a scam right after Raffle of the Day started. The signs of the scam companies are usually pretty easy to spot:

1) Are official rules posted?
2) Are there business practices aligning with their published rules?
3) Do they have the item or vehicle physically in hand (along with the clear titles)?
4) Are they members of the BBB?
5) Are they using a well known administrator? Did you call the administrator to confirm they are working with them?
