I discussed the struggles that come with having to admit your child into a psychiatric facility and how to cope and survive the process. I hope this is helpful to anyone that’s going through this currently, or has gone through it.

Patience is truly a virtue. This is something that I struggle with constantly and have to put real effort in changing.

Let’s try not to let our impatience get the best of us and block our blessings in the process just because we want what we want, when we want it.

Everything happens when it’s suppose to happen and not a moment too soon. So just remember that, “Good things come to those who WAIT”. Sometimes the best thing you can do, is to do nothing at all, and just wait. Just dropping off a little dose of MAGIC your way! 🪄💫✨

Hey guys! I hope everyone had a good Christmas/ Happy Holiday.

Today’s Mantra is a reminder that you can “Begin Anywhere”. So, for anyone who feels like you need to wait for the new year to start fresh/a new, know that you can start over anytime. Do not feel pressured to change just because a new year is coming.

Change comes at your own time and pace. Change is unique. So, try not model your transition based on someone else’s. If you feel like you need to make changes in your life, like today, then start today! You’re not confined to societal norms. Let’s change the, “new year, new me”, and make it, “new me” Period.

Personal change does not reflect on the year. It’s your own personal journey so just enjoy it without pressure. Just spreading a little dose of MAGIC your way today! 🪄💫✨
