Dr. Matthews is questioning courtroom access following a hearing involving Judge Diane Curvey and her husband in Harris County Court 507.

Speaking outside the courtroom, Dr. Matthews said she was unable to observe the proceedings because her name appeared on a witness list connected to the case. he said her name and the names of several others were included on the list and questioned whether it was used to prevent public observation of the hearing.

Kyle French made similar claims in a separate video, stating that his name was also placed on the witness list despite having no personal knowledge of the matters being litigated.

Houston police raided La Toxica Strip Club in east Houston early this morning after receiving complaints about alleged illegal activity at the business.

According to the Houston Police Department, officers with the Northeast Division, Vice Division, and the Texas Comptroller's Office executed a search warrant at the club on the East Freeway. Police said complaints over the past several months included allegations of prostitution, illegal alcohol sales, narcotics use, and other offenses.

Police recovered narcotics, illegal alcohol, to***co products, and v**e products that were not permitted. More than a dozen dancers were found working inside the club, and multiple people, including individuals believed to be part of management, were detained as the investigation continues.
