Culinary Heresy Future Plans We have a survey for our Regulars! We have now officially been operating for 6 years, and we think it’s time to switch things up a bit and pave some new paths forward! Next week's Family Meal Kit is a new one! Korean Pulled Pork

Sliders! Premium Pork Shoulder marinated in Garlic, Ginger, Soy, Mirin, Gochujang for 24 hours than slow roasted over Apple/Cherry/Post Oak for 8+ hours until fork tender. Served on Hawaiian Rolls w/ Gochujang BBQ Sauce & Pickled Veggies. This kit comes with a Chopped Kimchi Salad! Red Onions, Carrots, Cucumber, Napa Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Fresh Herbs and Crispy Noodles over Fresh Lettuce. Served w/ Kimchi Ranch.
