As the owner of a full-service catering company, we truly do our best to accommodate our clients’ wants and needs. Over the past month alone, I’ve spent countless hours creating custom menus, packages, and invoices — only to have many declined due to budget constraints.

And that’s completely understandable — every client has different needs, expectations, and budgets. Different companies offer different levels of service and quality.

However, one consistent challenge we face is asking for a budget upfront and receiving no response — only to be told, “Just send an invoice.”

Please understand: when we don’t know your budget, we often create proposals that simply aren’t aligned with what you’re planning to spend. That leads to wasted time on both sides.

We offer multiple packages and regularly work within our clients’ budgets. If you share your budget (even a range) upfront, we can tailor services and menus that actually fit your needs — instead of offering options that aren’t realistic for your event.

We are a high-end, full-service catering company, but we also genuinely love helping brides and grooms create a beautiful, special day — and we want to work within your budget when possible. We can build custom menus, modify packages, and create realistic solutions — but only if we have the information to do so.
