It means "do you want to go grocery shopping?"

🧒 I heard this nearly every weekend growing up. My parents took us grocery shopping a lot. While I didn't like it much as a kid (mainly because I didn't have much money to buy the snacks I wanted). As an adult now, I really enjoy going to the Asian market when I can.

📍If you've ever been to Asia, specifically in countries like Vietnam, you can find open markets with loads of meat and produce, knick-knacks, food stalls, and so much more.

😭 While you can't exactly find these things all across the United States, the Asian grocery markets are good places for people to find the same products (but in just a bit cleaner ways).

❤️ I created this passion project, Alô Saigon, as a way to combine the history and cultural aspects of the Vietnamese markets with a contemporary take.

I enjoyed this little project! I've had the idea for a long time now and spent the last few days on and off creating it. I hope you all enjoy this brand as well. See ya!
