Closing on this Clear Lake home today! Totally renovated and gorgeous inside. It's been quite a journey for Leslie and I, and a whole lot of fun looking at houses. I always miss my clients after the house is sold, but we will remain friends. Congratulations to Leslie and Logan, a big thank you to our Veteran Logan for his service and to our First Responder, Leslie, for helping keep the bad guys off the streets. I’ve shown so many houses in Clear Lake for the past two months. After maybe 20 it’s funny how you start remembering them. You know, what makes them stand out. The note lady house, the microwave man house, the reptile house, the cat house, the candle house, the concreted safe house, the tiny house, the not a mark on a single wall house, the 80’s dance party house, the I don’t like the vibe in here house, the creepy gate house, the I don’t even want to know what that is house. Tonight we have the accidentally showed it twice house. Lmao she said there was a house she wanted to see, so I scheduled it. We pull up in the driveway laughing. Uh, we’ve seen this one……
