Some cookies peak in high school. This one went away, got some life experience, and came back better than ever.
Our June Cookie of the Month is the return of Passion Fruit & Milk Chocolate, a Fluff throwback that’s had a serious glow-up. Made with three different chocolates: passion fruit, Bahibe, and Jivara, it’s bright, tangy, rich, and way more sophisticated than it used to be.
Available only at the shop for the month of June. Once it’s gone, you’ll have to wait for its next comeback tour. ✌🏻❤️🍪

Houston legend Chef Bryan Caswell of is joining us for Saturday Morning Specials and honestly… this lineup speaks for itself.

Chicken fried steak biscuit. Sausage & truffle kolache. A toad-in-the-hole croissant situation. And Piggy Bread, a sweet-savory monkey bread that probably should come with a warning label.

Basically if you planned on behaving this weekend, you should probably start over Monday.

Party starts at 10am until we sell out Saturday. Which sometimes happens in less than an hour. Get here early. ✌🏻❤️🍪

Saturday morning specials just got a little behavior. & understood the assignment and chose chaos. They came in hot with a pork chop biscuit, a pepper toast pop tart and a Basque cheesecake croissant that absolutely did not need to go this hard.
Savory, sweet, flaky, dramatic. Basically everything your weekend situationship wishes it could be. Get here early before Houston eats all the good decisions first. Chaos starts Saturday at 10am! ✌🏻❤️🍪

This Saturday morning, we’re teaming up with chef Justin Turner of Bocca Italian Kitchen, formerly the burger mastermind behind Bernie’s Burger Bus, for a lineup that’s equal parts Italian comfort food and cheeseburger glory.

We’ve got a chicken marsala croissant, lasagna quiche and a cheeseburger pop tart inspired by the famous Principal burger. Because subtlety has never really been our thing.

See y’all Saturday morning at 10am. Come hungry and maybe wear stretchy pants. ✌🏻❤️🍔

HONEY BUTTER CROISSANT PUDDING! For when you want dessert to feel like a warm hug wearing expensive pajamas. Flaky croissants soaked in honey buttery custard, baked until golden, then drenched in a caramel situation that absolutely did not come to play. Cozy, gooey and just the right amount of dramatic. Available SUNDAY at noon until we sell out! ✌🏻❤️🍪

The Saturday morning specials said “catch flights, not feelings”

This week we’re going around the world with serving up internationally chaotic pastry energy featuring tandoori fried chicken biscuits, matcha strawberry pop tarts, and other globe-trotting treats that absolutely did not clear customs.

It’s giving passport stamps, spice levels, butter overload, and zero restraint. Boarding begins Saturday morning at 10am until we sell out!

We’re teeing up Saturday specials that are better than par: The Fairway (clean, classic, no sand traps), Bunker Balls (a little rough but worth the dig), and a fried chicken sandwich stacked with that classic pimento cheese because we respect tradition around here. And for your sweet finish, an Arnold Palmer Pop Tart that’s sure to quench your thirst. Grab your green jacket, your appetite and maybe a caddy for all these carbs. ⛳️
