❗️When YOU SPEAK do PEOPLE LISTEN? ❗️

Do they become so interested in the value you can bring that they lean in with anticipation?
People often cringe when hearing recordings of themselves. We often dislike what we sound like or wish we could sound better.

KEY 🔑 || Become comfortable hearing yourself speak and make it an exercise. Turn on the camera and begin thinking out loud. Walk yourself through an idea or brainstorm. These can be conversations with yourself or practicing how you would explain an idea to someone that has never heard it.

Play it back. Give yourself grace and comfort in the fact that this is you in your lab, crafting a better version of yourself. Ask the following:

🔍Is my tone sharp and steady?
🔍Am I direct and to the point?
🔍Do I love who I am when I speak?
