Happy Father's Day! Did you know that June is also Men's Mental Health Awareness Month? In 2020, the CDC reported that women were diagnosed with depression twice as much as men, but men died by su***de at a four times higher rate. Let's make sure the men in our lives - Dads, Brothers, Uncles, Husbands, or Friends - know that they can talk about and seek help for their mental health. And to all the fathers out there, we hope you will prioritize your mental health for your sake and for the sake of your children and all those who love you.
