Street Ropez was created to support our work with GirlsJump, a nonprofit organization.
When you buy our ropes, you help fund youth programs, teams, and opportunities for girls to grow through Double Dutch.

and every purchase helps support programs for girls like the Southside Skippers.

By the 1990s, Black Double Dutch teams had taken the game from neighborhood sidewalks to the world stage.
The brought competitive Double Dutch to an iconic venue- the Apollo Theater, while new powerhouse teams like the emerged.
As Double Dutch expanded beyond the inner city, new opportunities emerged — but so did disparities.
Many Black teams who built the sport still face challenges securing practice space, travel funding, and resources to compete.
