Hey I’m EJ Moore
Chief Content Officer and founding partner of Appy Hour Cocktails. In this digital world, where content is King, my passion in photography and videography allows me to express my heart to the world. Born in Los Angeles, CA, it has always been a desire for me to build a Black-Owned company that gives a spot light to the empowerment of not just my people but all people.

With APPy Hour Cocktails, the beauty and movement of cocktails, in each of its environments are represented through my eyes, and I hope demonstrate the diversity and life through my content.

Hey I’m Kirk Colby Jr., Founder and Creator of Appy Hour Cocktails. I was born in Los Angeles, Ca and Inglewood, Ca is where I received my social wisdom. I am a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, a Minor in Applied Mathematics, and a Minor in Business Administration.
While residing in the DMV, I mastered my software design and development craft, delivering innovations in the Operations and Facility Management field for companies like: the SSA, LOC, Smithsonian Museum, US Air Force, and many more; while also attaining a PMP as well as a Masters Degree in Technology Management.
I became so recognized in my field that I launched my own Software Development company, and was procured to provide my design and development services for companies like Starbucks, Walmart, Exxon Mobile, CVS, Walgreens, County of Riverside (California), Dick’s Sporting Goods, and the Judicial Council of the Courts of California.
With the success in my early career delivering software innovations for some of the top companies in the world, I decided to offer my talents directly to the world, and my introduction is APPy Hour Cocktails.
It is my goal to become the most recognized Black-Owned Software Development company in the industry, as we seek to Automate the World!
