In honor of , meet our President and Principal Project Manager, Candice!

Candice has almost 20 years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls and Construction Management for the Energy, Commercial and Residential industries. She has experience working with several major corporations in various ex*****on capacities including Shell, Chevron, Technip, Worley Parsons, Turner Construction, amongst others.

As the project lead, Candice was responsible for end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of downstream manufacturing capital projects up to $100 million. She has also collaborated on large-scale ($1B+) project teams with Shell Midstream’s MLP and Bechtel.

Currently, she serves as the Board Chair for Bair Energy and responsible for managing several teams to deliver close to $1 Billion in large-scale renewable energy projects. She also manages commercial & residential new development and renovation projects. She has a proven ability to deliver projects on target and has a real passion for leading teams across the finish line.
