OUR REAL ESTATE INVESTING COMPANY IS GROWING AGAIN!

LOOKING TO HIRE TOP PERFORMERS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

A LEAD SPECIALIST, AN ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST & A DISPO SPECIALIST

All jobs will be 6 hrs. a day / 30 hrs. a week CST
Shifts will be discussed during interview
Pay will be based on experience

The ideal job candidates:
• Must write & speak fluent English without a heavy accent.
• Be a team player & a self-starter
• Must be able to Multitask
• Must be comfortable calling potential sellers/buyers

Requirements:
MUST HAVE:

LEAD SPECIALIST
- Must have at least 2 years of cold calling experience calling Potential Sellers
- At least 1 year of experience working with a Real Estate Investor
- Must be able to build great rapport with the seller
- Experience using REIReply is a MUST
- Experience running SMS Campaigns
- Able to overcome objections
- Able to handle rejection from sellers
- Must be able to decipher between a motivated and non-motivated seller
- Comping is a plus

ACQ SPECIALIST
- Follow – up on all warm/hot leads in the CRM
- Must have at least 2 years of experience comping properties
- Must be confident in making offers
- Must be able to build great rapport with the seller
- Able to complete contracts using Docusign
- Able to review contract with seller

DISPO SPECIALIST
- Respond to buyer/investor inquires
- Consistently follow up with buyers/investors
- Coordinate property showings
- Gain new buyers in our various markets
- Maintain existing relationships with current buyers/investors
- Preparing marketing materials for Dispo
- Coordinate marketing blasts – SMS/E-mail
