EXCELLENT ISAAC MESSAGE ON INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY.

Today is the International Day of Persons with Disability (IDPwD) we join the rest of the world to commemorate this day.

As an organisation we are committed to the inclusiveness of persons with disability in our society and we use this medium to speak that let's give the disable a chance to participate in the day to day dealings in our societies for they too are humans and their contributions to the progress of our societies is huge and can't be overemphasized.

Show love to them, give them a free hand of acceptance to work in offices and to participate in the governance of our society and in making our world a better place.

Excellent Isaac International stands for an inclusive society in which the rights of people living with disabilities are protected and where there is no discrimination aligning with this year's celebration theme: "Fostering Disability Inclusive Society for Advancing Social Progress".

Let's be united as a people even in our diversity, uniqueness and more aim at achieving social progress for all humans globally.

WHY THERE IS NO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN CHINA

No Chinese citizen wakes up in the morning saying: "Today I'm voting for my president. ”

WHY ?

Because the president of China is not elected by the people. He is selected by the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY members.

But wait — it's not a political party as you might imagine. Ain't a hood club everyone can enter.
N O O T H I N G

The CCP is an ELITE.
You don't get in just because you want to.
You enter because you are CHOSEN.

And who got selected?
ELITES.
TRAINED people.
EDUCATED people.
POWERFUL people.
People who have proven their ability to think STRATEGICALLY, ECONOMICALLY, and POLITICALLY.

Why this model ????
Why not let the people choose, like in other countries?

Because the Chinese system is based on a BRUTAL but REALISTIC observation:

Someone who is poor, who doesn't know if he'll have food tonight, who does not know if he will make it through the night... you will hardly have the mental clarity to choose a country's president.

Yeah that's hard of hearing
But it's the TRUTH.
Someone who doesn't understand life itself... can't understand the life of a country.

You really think that a poor person, who knows nothing about geopolitics, the economy, international relations, industrial strategies, national defense... you can choose wisely who should govern a power like CHINA?

I dnt think so.

You may get emotional, yell "democracy, democracy" but China is PRAGMATIC.

She would rather entrust the government of her people to TRAINED MINDS, people who were SELECTED, ASSESSED, PREPARED for it.

Because if you can't govern your own life, how can you choose a leader for 1.4 billion people?

This is why in China it is not the people who vote.
It's the Chinese Communist Party that chooses.

And even to be part of this Party, you need to have a certain LEVEL, a HISTORIC, ACHIEVEMENTS.

Power is not won by emotional votes -
you are conquered by COMPETENCY, STRICT, DISCIPLINE and PROOFING.

In China, you don't play with the future of the nation.
Don't bet the ignorant majority.
Responsibility is entrusted to those who have already proven that they can carry the weight of reality.

HERE ARE 4 POWERFUL STRATEGY LESSONS FROM THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT MODEL

1️⃣. COMPETENCY IS WORTH MORE THAN POPULAR OPINION

LESSON: A nation or company grows when it is led by the most competent—not the noisiest.

LESSON: If you want elite results, you need elites in command.

In China, being in the Communist Party is the height of meritocracy.
Populism doesn't get you there. Enough for intelligence, rigor, loyalty and results.
These are the people who make the big decisions of the country.

This strategy has helped China lift over 800 million people out of poverty in 30 years,
create giants like huawei, alibaba, tencent,
and position yourself as a global leader in technology, infrastructure and artificial intelligence.

3️⃣. STABILITY IS BETTER THAN DEMOCRATIC CHAOS

LESSON: Long-term construction requires avoiding impulsive changes in direction.

China doesn't change direction every five years.
She plans for 30, 50, even 100 years ahead.

Mega-projects like the Belt and Route Initiative, the development of megacity or technological dominance are planned for generations.

Why? Because power is stable, centralized and strategic.

Meanwhile, other nations spend their time making and undoing public policies every election—generating instability, waste and stagnation.

4️⃣. GUIDED COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE ILLUSION OF FREEDOM

LESSON: A population guided by a clear vision moves faster than one drowned in disorder.

China made a bet: train its elites and entrust them with the task of leading the masses.

RESULT:
Quick decisions, infrastructure built in weeks, expanding digital economy and growing global influence.

Meanwhile, countries where "everyone gives an opinion" can hardly build a bridge or pass a strategic law.
