If you have a brain, you know Jesus didn't have to leave to send the Holy Spirit to earth. He sent Ahmad(Parakletos)Jn.16:7

If God sent the Holy Spirit to Jesus to do miracles,why would Jesus have to leave before God sent it again?John 16:7.

In the Old Testament,God sent the Holy Spirit as HE pleased,so why did Jesus have to ask God to send it in his name in John 15:26?

Jesus said in John 16:7 that if he didn't go away, God couldn't send the Holy Spirit back. But why and when was it detained?
