Do you mix personal and business expenses?

Have you heard of the term "piercing the corporate veil?"

When an LLC owner co mingles their personal and business expenses they can be held personally liable if the LLC is ever sued.

Their personal property becomes at risk.

Co- mingling funds is the easiest and simplest way to invalidate your LLC or Corporation.

Mistakes happen occasionally, but co mingling on a regular basis is a recipe for disaster.

Tip: Pay yourself appropriately from your business and keep your personal expenses coming from your personal bank account and your business expenses coming from your business bank account. Same with credit cards!! Have one credit card that is dedicated to business expenses, and pay off, or down the credit card from your business bank account.

Ok, who am I kidding, a LOT of times! MOST of the time!

The BEST advice to ANYONE dealing with stress, or overwhelm:

Take it one day at a time.

Tackle one task at a time; no matter how small.

Make your bed every morning!

Pay what you can towards debt; when you can.

Remember, to be debt free will, in itself, drastically reduce one's stress level.

I can't "stress" this enough, PAY OFF DEBT!

Learn to delegate, but know when it's necessary, and trust the ones you delegate to.

And, most importantly, KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!
