We wish you a pleasant holiday weekend and urge you to ensure the safety of your animals. BGC is taking a well-deserved break and will resume operations on Tuesday, September 3.

While cleaning up around the farm this weekend we ran across this beauty. A non-venomous rat snake. While we don't treat snakes in the wild, we do see domestic reptiles on an emergency basis. This guy was safely released.
