AK Wet Works

AK Wet Works teamed up with the Girl Scouts of Troop 139108 to do some serious blasting! This tunnel has been victim to senseless graffiti and many recoats of paint to keep it looking presentable. The Girl Scouts needed a bit of assistance in removing the ultra thick coating from the tunnel in order to paint their own mural, in hopes to prevent future vandalism.

We had an awesome time teaching these future leaders the importance of , how blasting works, and how media is made! They also volunteered to help with cleanup and proper disposal of media. A huge thanks to the Girl Scout leaders for making this possible and to the Girl Scouts for being involved and making our day!
