Took zero pictures today… and I’m glad I didn’t.

Because today wasn’t about content.
It was about being in the room.

Myself and a few of the girls from The Closing Collective sat in a room with three team leads… all from different brokerages, all building differently, all showing up as themselves.

No fluff.
No pretending.
No “look at me” energy.
Just real conversations about business, life, leadership… and what it actually takes to carry both.

And as someone who stepped into this role fast, grew fast, and is still growing…
today hit.

It reminded me that what we’re building matters.
Not just in business… but for our families, our people, and the way we show up every single day.

I left feeling validated.
Understood.
And like… okay, I’m not totally full of s**t.

So to the ones who created that space, thank you.
It mattered more than you probably realize.

And to my girls, you are exactly what I needed today.
