On this sorrowful day, we bid farewell to one of the greatest legends this world has ever seen wield a guitar. The attitude, emotion and power this man channeled through his guitar has been a phenomenal inspiration to countless musicians and will continue to inspire more until the end of Earth; for his body may be gone from this world, but his soul, his music, and his legacy are immortal. Rest in peace, Eddie Van Halen.
