Girls Basketball Skills have been canceled for tomorrow 06/17. Girls Basketball Skills will pick back up next Monday and Wednesday at Randle HS Gymnasium from 9:00am-10:00am!! 🏀

SAC Camp and other sports skills will resume tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday as normal.

Dear Wright Junior High Families,

All Lamar CISD parents and guardians must complete the required Student Transportation Form in Skyward to confirm their child’s primary mode of transportation and to submit an official request for bus transportation for the 2026–2027 school year.

**Important:** Parents must be logged into their **parent Skyward account**, not their child's account, to view and complete the form.

Currently, only 53% of Wright Junior High families have completed the Student Transportation Form. Our goal is 100% completion, and we need every family to complete the form as soon as possible to help us prepare for a safe and successful start to the school year.

Please note: Submitting this form does not automatically qualify a student for bus transportation. Eligibility requirements for bus transportation can be found in the Lamar CISD Student Handbook.

**Important Deadlines for the 2026–2027 School Year:**

• Submit the form by August 2 for your child to be eligible to ride the bus on the first day of school.

• Forms submitted after August 2 will not be processed in time for first-day transportation.

• Transportation requests submitted between August 3 and August 21 will begin on August 24.

• Contact the campus if you need to make changes to your transportation selection after August 21.

Please note that transportation changes submitted after August 21 may take up to five business days to take effect.
