We're back! We took a break to do a little work on the menu. Angel Food Kitchen has always been about eating in a more compassionate and sustainable way. But we are taking it one step further. We will now be offering whole food, plant based meals that focus on natural foods while still providing tons of flavor and fun. We will offer gluten free, refined sugar free and oil free options whenever possible and go organic in every way we can. We will continue to streamline our menu to keep getting better and better and offering even more high vibe meals!
So with that in mind...
The menu for the week of June 6 is ready to go at www.AngelFoodKitchen.com. Angel Food Kitchen is 100% vegan, serving Houston, Texas.
Ordering ends on THURSDAY at noon, so be sure to get orders in! Delivery is SUNDAY between 11am and 3pm.
BREAKFAST
Chia oat raisin bar. $3
Creamy vanilla overnight oats with mixed berries. $6
LUNCH/DINNER
Spaghetti and Neatballs with marinara. 4 of our house neatballs made with our special lentil-oat veggie blend tossed with marinara sauce made with organic San Marzano tomatoes over your choice of whole wheat pasta, gluten free pasta or zoodles. $13
Jerk jackfruit tacos with mango salsa. 3 pulled jackfruit marinated in fresh jerk sauce, then seared and served up in Ezekiel tortillas and topped with mango salsa. This is a spicy one, fyi! $11
Broccoli apple salad. An oldie but a goodie! This is your favorite raw broccoli salad with sweet apples, carrots, pecans, cranberries and our cashew based creamy dressing. $8
Super salad sandwich on fresh beetroot bread with vegan pesto and oil free hummus. This is a big rainbow sandwich that makes us so, so happy. We bake the beetroot bread from scratch and then stuff it full of a rainbow of sliced veg. We include our oil free vegan pesto and hummus to dress your sandwich as you like. Optional oven roasted tofu slices is available for a little extra. $13 for sandwich. $2 extra to add tofu
