A reminder that it's too hot to walk your pets on asphalt and concrete will be painful, too. It is our policy during Summer to not walk pets either on concrete or asphalt/roads. We will gladly play with your pets in your yard and in your home. Please beware of hard surfaces in your neighborhood when walking your pets.

With it getting hotter please be aware of your pets paws on asphalt and concrete . We get burns to pads every year. If you put the back side of your hand on the concrete or asphalt and it burns or feels to hot pick your pet up and place them on the grass do not allow them to walk on the hot surface . You can purchase booties to go on their paws to protect their paws same as our shoe do for our feet. Same applies for your children’s feet ( be proactive in preventing injuries that can be avoided). Please be aware of pets and children in the back seats also. Each year we lose lives to the heat in cars. Put your purse, phone or shoes in the back seat so you can’t continue your day without opening the back door. We want to keep you, your pets and family safe during the long weekend. Please hug a military family member for us and let them know how much we all appreciate them and their families for their service. Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend safely.

No matter your political beliefs, the death of a president, former or current, is a somber experience. In our home we respect the office of POTUS and those who have served as President. The loss of President George H. W. Bush is as historical as it is somber.

We at Sisters Pet Sitting Service will take Thursday off from work to pay respects to the late President Bush by viewing his Memorial Engine passing our neighborhood.
We appreciate your understanding as we mourn the loss of a president who was CIC during many life changing events on the world theater, some precipitated by the 41st President and his Congress... for good or bad.
