Haven’t been posting on here much but happy closing day to my sweet clients! Met them just 3 months ago and we are finally closing on their first home! We experienced multiple rejections before getting the home in their desired location! This market is tough but not impossible. Congrats to my client, Lockheed co-worker, and now friend, Dimitry! We closed on his new home today and I could not be happier for him! We have searched cities between Aledo all the way to Grand Prairie before finding the one! It has been a hell of a ride and journey to get here but we made it. We closed 12 days early all thanks to my lender and we were also able to get seller contribution of $7,000 towards closing as well! A great way to get back to work after a week long vacation!🥂
