Have you ever really stopped to appreciate the humble fig? These beautiful fruits are truly a gift from nature, especially as we head into their season!
Today, I want to shine a spotlight on why figs deserve a spot on your plate. Beyond their delightful, natural sweetness, they're little powerhouses of nutrition and incredibly versatile!
Here's why I'm falling for figs:

This summer, I'm all about soaking up joy, being present, and finding vibrant health in the everyday - especially since my oldest daughter is getting married this fall! 🥰
My summer plans include:

🧘♀️ 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Catching sunsets, listening to the birds on my front portch, or just breathing in the warm air. 🌅

Building these habits now, while you have the support of GLP-1, sets you up for major long-term wins and makes it less likely for the weight to come back.
