This year I'm happy to continue a personal, familial legacy of integration! MB Bodied: Mind, Body and Soul was the name of my mother's fitness business that she started around my age. 🧘🏾‍♀️🥰💃🏾
Never under estimate the impact of what you're exposed to, what may connect to you in your youth and how it can start unfolding as you get older and need to reconnect to what and you the most!

To me, the Mind, Body and Soul Connection is also the unique agency that Black People have. It is a testament of the African American xperience and the RESILIENCY with which we press forward and
COMMAND JOY to enter!
