Make I tell wuna, for February 2026, Nwa Subdivision carry 12 trophies and 13 medals go house for the Mount Cameroon Race of Hope inside Buea! No be luck, and no be jazz! This one na because of the Mt Majang Race for Mbem wey don dey train champions since 1998.

Big names like the legend Godlove Gabsibuin (5-time Buea champion), Tata Carine, Ngwang Catherine, and Adamu Irine—all of them start their training on top of this same Mt Majang before they go capture Buea!

But despite all this heavy results, this race dey suffer. The community dey run the race with their own pocket money and personal sacrifice. Camtel show face small as the only sponsor for 2025, but they run go back, they no renew the support for 2026. The thing don go back to community hand again. Just imagine wetin these our boys and girls go do if better sponsors or government support dey!
