We are the Promatic and Renair dealer for the Gulf Coast region with our home base in Texas. We offer sales, service, installation, and rental.
When we come in to do a service we enjoy communicating what we find to the customer. If we see things not done correctly or something that could become unsafe we let them know ASAP.
This is a video of me communicating what we found on a machine that he was questioning. The customer was not present during the service so we made videos with explanations.
This particular machine had a few issues when we got to it. Ultimately we replaced the fuse, changed the one way bearing, and then did a full service.

We still have 2 Matrix 8’s left of the used machines for sale.
They have been fully serviced and used in an event. Both work perfectly.
I can have both at the US Open ready for pickup at Providence Hill or at the shop in Sealy.
Both come on carts.
