JESUS THE RAISON FOR THE SEASON

In this season we are celebrating The Love of GOD on earth, I wanted to wish you a Merry, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year 2022

Jesus is the greatest gift ever given for all who believe in the Son of God. The word of God says in Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

God has demonstrated us His love ever given; The Lord Jesus came to offer us the freedom from the bo***ge of sins we were entangle to. The word of God says John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

May this season inspire you to run closer to the Lord Jesus. It is never too late to embrace the love of God and receive all its benefits. The word of God says in John 3:3 ‘Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born [a]again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”. In other word, Jesus was inviting Nicodemus to renew his mind by receiving the teaching of Jesus and follow Him by making His doctrine a standard of his life.

If you have not received the Lord Jesus and born again in Christ, do not delay anymore and do not let anything weight you down, there is no sins that will not be forgiven by God, beside the blaspheme against the Holy Spirit of the living God. Pray with me this prayer with sincere heart:
“Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I believe, you came to the world to die in other to pay for all my sins, God raised You from the dead and seated You in His right hand. I believe you will come again. Please come into my life and take control, help me to follow you and be blameless when you will come back to judge the living and the dead. In Your name I pray! Amen.”

Brethren, when you open your self to the Lord Jesus, and vow to follow his commandments that lead you to the eternal life, the Holy Spirit will come to make His dwelling place in other to enable you to live a life pleasing to God and bear the fruits of the spirits.

The Light Still Shine!!!

“He is not here, but has risen! Remember He told you while He was still in Galilee.
That the Son Man must be given over into the hands of sinful men (men whose way or nature is to act in opposition to God) and be crucified and on the third day rise (from deaths)”. Luke 24:6-7

This was the beginning of our hope of glory, that if we believe on the Son of Man, we also died from our sins with Him, and risen with Him, seated with Him in the Kingdom of God.

In other words, the believers are no longer depend from this world system, but of the Kingdom of God, the Most High. That’s why it says in John 17:16 “They are not of the world just as I am not of the world”. it doesn’t mean we should disobey this world authority who also serve the Lord, but we should seek our answer from the Kingdom we belong.

As we celebrate today the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, keep in mind that, no matter what you have done wrong, or your religion in this world, someone came to pay for all your past present and future sins. Yes! The Lord paid for all humanity. But you need to claim the gift available for you. He doesn’t force nobody, it’s a free will.
His death and resurrection have promised eternal life, and protection for His believers in this world as Jesus prayed for all who will believe in Him to God the Father in John 17:15 “ I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one”, even the Corona Virus has no hold on us because of the blood the Lamb of God that was shed in order to reconcile us with God the Father.

Brethren, it’s not too late to take your sonship, let nothing and no one rob it from you. Choose today to become again a child of God if you haven’t done so, by open up to Jesus Christ and start your relationship with Him today, or rededicate your life again to Him by praying this prayer with me, don’t delay anymore, tomorrow is not a promise, the Kingdom of God his near.

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, I am a sinner, thank you for paying the price for my sins by your death in the cross, I believe You rose from the deaths, You are seated in the right hand of God the Father, and You will come back. Please come into my life and take control so I might be blameless in the day You will return. Amen.

THE DAY OF PENTECOST

The day of Pentecost Celebrates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ.
Before He ascended to heaven, Jesus gave his apostle this command “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days, you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 1:4-5
The apostles although they were with Him all this time and received all his teaching about the kingdom of God, it wasn’t enough for them to do the great commission after Jesus were gone.
It was the power and authority of Jesus Christ that were covered and empowered them to preach, perform miracles, drive out demons from people, while He was with them. As He was leaving, they needed a corresponding coverage, a special anointing that came to them in the person of The Holy Spirit. In another word. there couldn’t be church without the Spirit of the leaving God, the church started at the day of Pentecost. Which also demonstrate that Jesus came from the Father, without the Father He could have done nothing. Alleluia!!! – As He was saying on John 12:49 “I don’t speak on my own authority. The Father who sent me has commanded me what to say and how to say it.”
Acts 2:1-12 says, “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?”
Brethren, this tells us that we cannot live a life pleasing to God, a Christian life without the Holy Spirit, we cannot surrender to God, we cannot pray, we cannot worship God, we cannot love God without power of The Holy Spirit. He was sent to enables us in our weaknesses and limitations, He reveals the heart of Jesus for our destiny. It is through Him that gifts of spirit are also revealed. He activates the grace of God available to us, in order to strength us in our journey with Christ. Apart from Him there is not connection with God the Father and God the Son.
When He comes, chains are broken, eyes are opened; love, joy, peace, patience, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, self-control become a second nature. Our connection with The Almighty God seems very tangible.
The Holy Spirit will come to us once we are born again, first to convince us of our wrongs, give us power to repent, and enables us to follow Jesus Christ by seeking first the kingdom of God. In John 3:3 we read “Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”.
Matthew 6:33 says “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you”.
ALL will be given to us!!! Not average but everything that we need. Our Father in heaven, Our Creator knows exactly what we need, not everything we desire are necessary for our growth as mature Christian. We must be mindful of some desire that contribute to our destruction, as attractive they may be sometimes.
Through The Holy Spirit we can enter in the perfect will of God and walk in the destiny we have in Christ Jesus. If we let Him, the victory in Christ is ours.

As we celebrate “The Day of Pentecost” I would like to extend the invitation to those who haven’t made Jesus Christ their savior, or those who already did, but are not sure about their relationship with Him, to take a moment and pray this prayer:
Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I need a savior, have mercy on me, save my soul, turn my life around, lead me, I don’t want to desire sin anymore. I believe in my heart and confess from my mouth that you came from God and died for my sins, that God raised you from dead and seated you in His right hand, and gave you all power, dominion, authority in heavens and earth, in this age and age to come, that you will come back again. In your name I pray. Amen.

May The Spirit of The Living God have His way on you as you prayed, in Jesus Christ. Amen.
