S-O-L-D ‼️‼️
These smiles and bright eyes on closing day are EVERYTHING! This beautiful family is taking on a new adventure here in TX after leaving CA. They have been so wonderful to work with. They were referred to me by a past client (that’s the best review I can receive 😊). After seeing a few homes with me in June, then looking remotely while they were in CA, they ended up finding their dream home the day before I left for Kauai over the summer. They trusted me to handle contract negotiations remotely and advise them each step of the way during the inspection period. I was so happy to finally meet their kiddos and see their excitement about their new home with a pool and a ton of community features. Wishing them all the best!!
