My friend hooked me up with an amazing lunch!
The weekend is here and either we are going to stay focused, keep pushing or you are going to get distracted!
Distractions are going to cause a huge delay in your goal.
Here are some tips to stay on track:
- Focus on the goals you have set before you!
- This is a process so be patient
- Plan AHEAD! There will be events all the time. How can you plan around these
- My favorite concoction of products to help me out is Herbalife tea, aloe, & probiotics!

Trying to be consistent with my eating habits! Life is so much easier when you’re prepared & in order!
When I have the right food at hand I stay on track otherwise I’m grabbing for that bag of Doritos or whatever else is available.
(Which is no bueno!)
