Truthful Tuesday: I have noticed how the generational curse of absence have affected me as a daughter, mother, wife, and CEO of my own organization. I was once self-conscious because of the absence of a parent, which then manifested in my marriage as self-sabotage. Later evolving into the imposter syndrome in my career and my company.
It's something that we don't talk about often but I think if we want to really live differently in 2022, we have to immerse ourselves in the gift of the present and fill the absence with what makes us whole rather than full(short term desire). Make being present a principle in your life not a goal for 2022.

Meaningful Mondays: We are all eager to start the year off with setting very ambitious goals only to end the year in not reaching them. Why is that?
How about instead of first setting a goal, ESTABLISH PRINCIPLES THAT WILL FEED YOUR SUCCESS IN REACHING THE GOAL.
