Coldspring Texas. We are starting a remodel for our friends Tom and Wendy. We have all the floors floated correctly and will be installing tile starting today. Once their HOA approves our drawings, we will be building an all glass sunroom overlooking the lake. Stay tuned for more pictures as we progress.

Some pictures of our new construction in Coldspring. We started this project on February 12, and we are just at 2-1/2 months in and we are fixing to start building cabinets and installing tile in showers. We are way ahead of schedule and the house looks fantastic. We just got all of the downspout drains and area drains in and everything performed perfectly through yesterdays storm. We did a fresh stain job on this front porch, while adding a new Mohogany double door stained and varnished. We normally don’t do gardens, but our guys knocked it out of the park.
