Manvel Community Outreach

Yesterday’s blue skies and chilly weather made this last pantry in December really pleasant. Thank you to the Knights of Columbus and their team, along with the 25 plus volunteers who made this event possible. The Houston Food Bank mobile pantry truck may have been running a little late, but we were ready to spring into action and get those boxes filled with fresh fruits and vegetables for the families. Thanks to Bobby, Theresa, Cheryl and Brittany for helping make sure the intake and the cars were ready to go. Thank you to the Knights of Columbus and the volunteers for working hard and making a difference in the lives of the 225 families that were able to take food home today.

Well community - this has been another Wonderful year serving you!

We have been so blessed with all the amazing volunteers, the Knights of Columbus Hall and the partnership with the Houston Food Bank; to help make theses last 6 years even possible.

December 6th will be our FINAL food pantry. Ironic that the end to 6 years is on the 6th 😌. I’ve had so much Joy watching my vision unfold and families able to have this resource. Thank you to ALL that have supported our efforts through donations and sharing of the information.
